Workplace drug and alcohol testing is heavily regulated in both Iowa and Illinois. Workplace drug testing programs have become complicated by the authorized medical and personal use of marijuana in Illinois and the medical use of CBD ("marijuana") in Iowa. We will discuss some of the key issues raised by these rules on October 18th and analyze them in detail at the one-day marijuana in the workplace event on November 17th.
