The Training Network Now is my one-stop shop for Training materials.  Whether I'm putting together a 10 minute Tailgate Meeting in the field; or an 8 hour Annual Refresher Training in the Office; it works. I have been using it solely now since it was introduced it to me mid-2017.  After I login I can easily choose a topic thru their categorization or Search/Browse options. The network has cut my prep time in half, and for the first time I'm receiving positive feedback from the attendees. If there were a Training Network Olympics; TNN gets the Gold!

The video streaming provided with the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council membership is great. Most topics are available, and it really provides a change from slide presentations to get students attention. I also like that there are many videos that have a Spanish version. Remote employees can watch a video and take the quiz to be sent by email as well. What a great benefit!
