PDC Exhibitor Registration - Speaker Booth

To register as an exhibitor for the 2026 Professional Development Conference & Expo, please submit this form and pay online or submit a check with your invoice.  Please fill out the information below the billing info as you would like to have it printed in the PDC program and on the vendor mall.  

**PLEASE VIEW THE EXHIBITOR LAYOUT TO CHOOSE YOUR TOP 3 CHOICES OF PLACEMENT.**

We will do our best to place you in one of your chosen locations.  Layout is subject to change without notice.

Exhibit spaces include:

• Size: approximately 8’ x 8’
• One 6’ skirted table and two chairs per space
• Complimentary electric
• Two badges per booth for exhibitor reps to attend keynote and breakout sessions on Wednesday and Thursday
• Up to 2 parking passes per space per day (including set up day)
• Lunch and Networking Reception (Wednesday) included for two exhibitor reps per space
• Company Logo and website link listed on IISC’s Vendor Mall January - December 2026
• Company profile listed in IISC’s 2025 Annual Report
• Final attendee list provided after the conference
• Attendee Passport - To further encourage booth visits by our attendee
• Best of Show Competition - Your chance to win a free exhibitor registration for the 2027 PDC
• Maximum exposure - the keynote sessions will be in the same room as the vendors

Exhibitor Fees:
IISC Member: Single space - $655 - Speaker discount = $327
Non-Member: Single space - $830 - Speaker discount = $415

Tuesday, April 21 – 1:00 – 4:00 pm (please do not arrive early)
Wednesday, April 22 – 7:00 am – 8:00 am

Wednesday, April 22
8:00 am – Exhibit opens for attendees
10:15 – 11:00 am – Attendee break w/exhibitors
12:00 - 1:00 pm – Lunch w/attendees
3:15 - 3:45 pm – Attendee break w/exhibitors
4:45 – 6:00 pm – Networking Reception in exhibit area

Thursday, April 23
8:00 am – Exhibit opens for attendees
10:30 am (following the keynote session) – Exhibitors may tear down and leave

Exhibitors are welcome to attend all the sessions Wednesday and Thursday, but due to the openness of the exhibit area, security and staffing is each vendor’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refunds will be given, less a $25 service charge, for all cancellation requested received on or before April 7, 2026.  Please send cancellation requests to Samantha@iisc.org 
• No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 7, 2026. Exhibitor substitutions will not be allowed
