PDC Registration - Large group form 

The group discount is only valid on Wednesday-Thursday (full conference) registration.  No promo code is required for IISC Members. It does not apply to the Pre-conference Tuesday Technical Sessions. A separate registration is required for the Tuesday Technical Sessions.

2 Free registrations 12-17 Attendees
3 Free registrations 18-20 Attendees

If you need to register more than 20 people please contact Dawn@iisc.org.

After you register your group - a form will be sent to you to disperse to your group for them to pick out their breakout sessions and answer other information that may be needed.
