PDC Exhibitor Registration(Registration Closed)

To register as an exhibitor for the 2024 Professional Development Conference & Expo, please submit this form and pay online or submit a check with your invoice.  Please fill out the information below the billing info as you would like to have it printed in the PDC program and on the vendor mall.  

Exhibit spaces include:

• Booth size: 8’ x 8’
• One 6’ skirted table and two chairs per booth
• Back and side draping
• Electricity in each booth included in exhibitor fee
• Two badges per booth for exhibitor reps to attend keynote and breakout sessions on Wednesday and Thursday
• Up to 2 parking passes per booth per day (including set up day)
• Lunch, Networking Reception (Wednesday) and Breakfast (Thursday) included for two exhibitor reps per booth
• Company Logo and website link listed on IISC’s Vendor Mall until December 31, 2025
• Company profile listed in IISC’s 2023 Annual Report
• Final attendee list provided after the conference
• Attendee Passport - To further encourage booth visits by our attendee
• Best of Show Competition - Your chance to win a free booth registration for the 2025 PDC

IISC Member: Single Booth - $650
IISC Member: Double Booth - $1050
Non-Member: Single Booth - $825
Non-Member: Double Booth - $1225

Set up times: 
Tuesday, April 23 – 1:00 – 4:00 pm (please do not arrive early)
Wednesday, April 24 – 7:00 am – 8:00 am

Wednesday, April 24
8:00 am – Exhibit opens for attendees
10:15 – 11:00 am – Attendee break w/exhibitors
12:00 pm – Exhibitor Lunch
12:45 - 2:00 pm – Attendee Lunch and time w/exhibitors (exhibitors may eat during this time also)
2:45 – 3:15 – Attendee break w/exhibitors
4:00 – 5:00 pm – Networking Reception in exhibit area

Thursday, April 25
8:00 am – Exhibit opens for attendees
8:30 - 10:00 am - Awards ceremony with breakfast meal (exhibitors are welcome to attend)
10:00 – 10:30 am – Attendee break w/exhibitors
10:30 am – Exhibitors may tear down and leave

Exhibitors are welcome to attend all the sessions Wednesday and Thursday, but due to the openness of the exhibit area, security and staffing is each vendor’s responsibility.
