To register as an exhibitor for the 2023 Professional Development Conference & Expo, please submit this form and pay online or submit a check with your invoice. Please fill out the information below the billing info as you would like to have it printed in the PDC program and on the vendor mall.
Exhibit spaces are 10’ wide x 8’ deep. All spaces will include back draping (8’ high), side draping (2 1/2-3’ high), one table, two chairs.
Admission for two representatives for each booth space is also included. Booth reps receive lunch on both days and drink tickets for the hospitality hour on Wednesday. If you need additional representatives in your booth space please contact the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council. Additional fees may apply.
All Exhibitors will be added to the IISC Vendor Mall.

9:30 – 10:20 – Attendee break w/exhibitors
12:00 pm – Exhibitor Lunch
12:25-1:40 pm – Attendee Lunch and time w/exhibitors (exhibitors may eat during this time also)
2:45 – 3:15 – attendee break w/exhibitors
4:15 – 5:15 pm – Networking reception in exhibit area
Thursday, April 27
7:15 am – Exhibit opens for attendees
9:00 – 9:30 am – Attendee break w/exhibitors
9:35 am – Exhibitors may tear down and leave
Exhibitors are welcome to attend all the sessions Wednesday and Thursday, but due to the openness of the exhibit area, security and staffing is each vendor’s responsibility.
Exhibitor Registration Includes:
• Company added to the Vendor Mall on IISC’s website (www.iisc.org) Exclusively available to PDC Exhibitors
• Best of Show Booth Competition. A chance to win a FREE booth registration for the 2024 PDC
• Stamp for the Attendee Passport (to further encourage booth visits by our attendees!)
• Badges for two (2) people to staff each booth and attend sessions
• Lunch for those two (2) people and drink tickets for the evening social
• Exhibit space comes with table, two (2) chairs and wastebasket
