Networking Breakfast

Managing Safety Across Generations

In a workplace with employees aged 17 - 70+, getting everyone involved in safety can be a challenge. This session will provide ideas on how to engage multiple generations in your safety program and achieve positive results. We’ll cover the similarities and differences between the generations and apply their known preferences to ensure your written safety program, workplace audits, hazard prevention and control, and safety training are working to their full potential. If you’re still using the “same old” safety program you used a decade ago, this session will give you practical, easily actionable ideas to move the program forward.
