Lunch and Learn
Lunch + Learn | Casting a Bright Light on OSHA Recordable Injuries
Organizations across the country utilize a variety of strategies to mitigate the risk of workplace injuries. One such program that is gaining momentum within the broader marketplace is Early Intervention / Injury Triage. Your understanding of what constitutes a Recordable Injury and what OSHA will allow (and not allow) is key for your understanding of the compliance boundaries of these programs. This presentation will cast a “Bright Light” on the current OSHA guidelines to define where the compliance boundaries lie and to what degree an organization can flex within a safe harbor of compliance while still achieving their goals of minimizing recordable injuries. We will review recent OSHA interpretation letters for services, along with the consideration of a more global approach to early intervention services. (Lunch included)
This Lunch + Learn is not included in the "Summer Picnic Series".
