There is more focus on using social sciences to build systems in the workplace that are more error tolerant, while also understanding how humans really perform and how we can create a learning culture.

Tom West is Vice President at MākuSafe, as well as being a SHRM & HRCI Senior Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Occupational Safety Specialist. Over the years, Tom has held executive leadership roles with many companies providing learning & development tools, technology, and services. Tom was recently appointed to be an Avetta Fellow, and also served as a College Professor for 28 years, teaching Management, Marketing, and Small Business Entrepreneurship.


Attendees can arrive as early as 8:30 am.  The presentation will start at 9:00 am.
