PDC Exhibitor Registration

A statement about the 2020 Conference:
We have had many inquiries regarding the status of the 67th Annual Professional Development Conference and Expo and the impact Coronavirus (Covid-19) is having. In keeping with our mission of protecting employees, employers, and the public, the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council Board of Directors has made the decision to cancel this year's Professional Development Conference slated for April 22-24th in Dubuque, Iowa, in light of the ongoing Coronavirus issue. This was not an easy decision and we appreciate your understanding in these trying times. We hope to see you next year in Coralville, Iowa - May 5-7, 2021 for the 68th Annual Professional Development Conference & Expo.

To register as an exhibitor for the 2020 Professional Development Conference & Expo, please submit this form and pay online or submit a check with your invoice. Please fill out the information below the billing info as you would like to have it printed in the PDC program and on the vendor mall.

Exhibit spaces are 10’ wide x 8’ deep. All spaces will include back draping (8’ high), side draping (2 1/2-3’ high), one table, two chairs.

Admission for two representatives for each booth space is also included. Booth reps receive lunch on both days and drink tickets for the hospitality hour on Thursday. If you need additional representatives in your booth space please contact the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council. Additional fees may apply.

Vendor set up times:
Wednesday, April 22 - 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 23 - 6:00 - 7:00 am (Registration and exhibit area opens for attendees at 7:00 am)
